Information We Collect

inquiries are E-mailed to us, we store the name, question

inquiry for reference. We store pertinent information
regarding your questions, registrations and contact information
for shipping, replying, and marketing purposes.

Ordering Information
For us to be able to process an order we need to know your
name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail
address and payment details. This allows us to process and
fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your
order. Your telephone number may be used to contact you if
there is a question regarding your order or delivery. On certain
occasions your telephone number may be passed to a courier
service to enable delivery. Details given for orders are used
only for this purpose.
Pricing
Prices are noted in US Currency unless otherwise noted. Although
we are a Canadian company, a vast majority of our on-line
business comes from the United States of America. For this
reason, prices are subject to change frequently without notice
due to fluctuations in the exchange rate. Understand that
we have no intention of increasing prices unreasonably, but
it is necessary to remain consistent. We will quote you accordingly
on any order you place with us.

Information about our customers is an important part of
our business, and we are not in the business of selling
it to others. We do not collect information for, or sell
information to, any third parties.

We assume no responsibility for the information practices
of sites a user is able to access through ours, and encourage

Your name and e-mail address will be saved to enable the
sending out of the newsletter only. Newsletters
may contain promotional material, advertisements,
or be regarding other services that we offer. If at any time
you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter
you must do so through the automated procedures on our contact
page. You may also e-mail the Webmaster
to be removed, but removal from the list in this way may take
more time to accomplish. However, sometimes your e-mail address
may not be in our mailing list database and is instead in
our customer database. In this case the only way to let us
know you do not want to receive our newsletter is through
e-mailing the Webmaster.

is kept safe. All our website staff is made aware of the
need to keep personal information safe and have agreed to
ensure the confidentiality of this information. Only authourized
personnel are granted access to any personal information.
However, our site is not capable of facilitating online
credit card transaction. We do not have secure, encrypted
pages so please send credit card information through
our site at your own risk.

submitted through this website by them. If any information
changes after the submission date is the responsibility
