Advantages
- Conditions floor and creates an ideal base for the Ultra
Chem Labs' floor finish. Remains pliable. Protects floor
from damage caused by harsh chemicals and damage from too-aggressive
stripping.
- Penetrates deep into pores of flooring. Suggested for
new floors and high traffic areas, with application of 1
to 4 coats. Extends life of underlying substrate. Capable
of penetrating and acting as a base for finish on dense
surfaces such as rubber tile, certain granites, marbles,
etc.
- Has the desired qualities of a permanent or semi-permanent
sealer, but can be easily removed with 'Ultra
Floor Care Stripper'.
